PASCO, Wash. - Hundreds of people were honored for giving back to their community. It's part of Pasco's 19th annual volunteer reception.

The reception took place at the Pasco Senior Activity Center and over 400 volunteers were honored. The volunteers each received a small gift and free food. There was also live entertainment from the James McGee Elementary School band.

People were recognized for volunteering all over the city. Some of them volunteered for the police reserves, neighborhood watch programs, and recreation services.
