A Kennewick man allegedly forces girls in apartment
Police say one man is behind bars after allegedly forcing a 10 and 11-year old into his home.
Four girls were outside playing near an apartment complex on the corner of West 21st Avenue and Rainier Street on Wednesday when Kennewick police say a man saw them in his yard and cornered two of them.
Police say two girls got away but a 10 and 11-year-old were forced inside of 59-year-old Tommy McMillan's apartment. When the families found out where the two girls were a couple of minutes later they began physically fighting with McMillan to get the girls out of the apartment.
Police quickly came and arrested McMillan on charges of unlawful imprisonment and assault.
