YAKIMA, Wash. -- The Yakima Valley Warriors are chomping at the bit to get going. The Warriors haven't played since April 10th when they got blasted by San Jose.
But the team is ready to turn things around when they host the Alaska Pedators on Saturday.
"Alaska is a good team," said Quarterback Ben Running. "They are going to be physical but I think we are a good team too. We're physical too. We have great athletes on our team. We just have to get them the ball and let them make plays."
"We approach every game the same," said Receiver James Mayfield. "We don't take our opponents lightly, no matter who they are. We will come in here with the intention of wining like we do every game and to make it an exciting show for the fans and come out with the victory."
