Kent was without its starting quarterback Chris McCullom, who led the Preds to two straight victories over the Fever. His absence due to injury opened the doors for the Fever to stop the skid against Kent.
The Fever cruising over the Predators 71 to 24. Tri Cities held Kent's offense in check, especially on the ground by allowing negative 42 yards rushing. That's right Fever fans, Kent lost 42 yards on the ground, and only mustered up 122 yards in total offense.
The win for Tri Cities puts the team at 3-5, and in good position to make run at the playoffs. With Saturday's win, the Fever win back to back games for the first time this season.
