RICHLAND, Wash. -- The Richland Public Library is hosting the Tri-Cities first-ever exhibit to highlight Asian immigrants.
It's all a part of the Asian American Awareness Month. The exhibit offers many rare items to look at from cultural artifacts to children's art. Exhibit organizer, Yichien Cooper says over 300 people across the community helped make the exhibit possible.
The exhibit is open till the end of May. The library will also host a special event this Saturday, May 15 at the Richland Public Library. The event will offer Asian performances and cultural activities.
