14th District state representatives announce re-election bids
Yakima, WASH-- Yakima's two state representatives kicked off their re-election campaigns Wednesday. Norm Johnson and Charles Ross spoke to their supporters today in front of the Yakima Valley Museum.
The crowd included local politicians like council members and former Congressman Sid Morrison. State Senator Curtis King introduced Johnson and Ross. Both cited their work on the Yakima Valley School as reasons they should be reelected.
The representatives also discussed their work on the gang legislation. Congressman Johnson noted that much of the issues are a work in progress but he feels they have gotten things moving in the right direction.
