The Tri-City Rose Society celebrates 62 years of their annual rose show today.
It was a beautiful sight inside the Shilo Inn located in Richland as competitors put their roses on display with the hope of winning the honor of best rose in the Tri-Cities.
A big winner last year came out again this time around because she says there's nothing like the sight of a perfect rose.
"It has a history that goes back thousands of years. It just has so many stories about it that you don't find in other flowers," Norma Boswell said.
There were about 75 entries this year in categories ranging from best miniature rose to best garden rose.
