YAKIMA, Wash.- A Moxee teen testifies to having sex with east valley teacher Michele Taylor. The teen says they had sex once but discussed it many times beforehand.
He said a friendship with Taylor started off innocently. He sais she would text him about school but then it got personal and eventually the relationship became physical at school.
He admits to having liked her at the time and says they exchanged several texts discussing things like having sex with each other and their experiences with others.
He says they even kissed twice at school. The high school student told the jury that in early May of 2009, Taylor met him at the K-Mart parking lot at night.
He says she pulled him into the back seat of her truck and that's where they allegedly had sex.
"She got on top of me, slid up further, I asked for a condom and she said you don't need it as long as you don't have any STD's," said the teen.
The teen also testified that after having sex at K-Mart he felt guilty because he had a girlfriend and Taylor was married.
He said he did not go to the school because he didn't want to get her in trouble.
The testimony from this student will continue tomorrow with cross-examination from the defense.
