Michele Taylor's attorney attempted to poke holes in alleged victim's story

Yakima, WASH--Wednesday was a big day in the Michele Taylor statutory rape trial.   The defense had their turn to question the alleged victim, who yesterday testified to having sex with Taylor in her car.

Michele Taylor sat watching, listening as her attorney asked the teen to explain why he mixed up some of the dates of their sexual contact and why his phone records don't match his story.  In an interview with a detective, the teen first said he had sex with Taylor in February, then later said it was May.

The teen testified that after he had sex with Taylor on May 99th they texted each other. The defense handed the teen a record of his calls and texts to Taylor's phone on that night.   There was no record of texts between them that night.

Taylor's attorney completed his cross-examination of the accuser this afternoon.  He says at some point in the trial he does expect to put Taylor on the stand.
