Yakima City Council holds last listening meeting of the series
Yakima, WASH--Yakima City Council members held their third and last listening meeting of the series Thursday night.
More than 30-community members packed into the meeting room at the Harmon center. About 15 voiced their concerns to council members; many brought up gangs and crime. Another issue was the council's recent decision not to make E-Verify mandatory. There was also discussion of immigration, police coverage, and how city money is spent.
