Making your lawn drought resistant

Posted: Updated:

KID has released information on how to make your lawn drought resistant as the weather keeps heating up.

Workers say daily watering can actually hurt your grass, and that it's smart to water about one inch per week during July and August.

Flowers are also sensitive to the heat, workers from Woods Nursery advise people to change their sprinkler times to the evening when your lawn and flowers can properly soak up needed water.
