RICHLAND, Wash. - The City of Richland is partnering with TGA Wireless Recycling to collect and recycle old or un-used cell phones.

TGA Wireless will remove or destroy all personal data, repair broken phones and recycle or resell them. Proceeds will  be donated to the city's Helping Hands Fund, which is used to help those in need pay their utility bill.

Collection boxes have been set up at Richland City Hall, the Horn Rapids Landfill and the Richland Public Library.
