Kennewick, WA- Documents involving the investigation of the former mayor of Prosser will remain sealed for at least another month.
A judge has postponed a hearing to decide whether to make public the police reports because of schedule conflicts with all the attorneys getting involved.
Linda Lusk is accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy earlier this year.
Lusk's attorney wants to keep details of the police investigation out of the hands of local media. Scott Johnson says he wants to make sure Lusk gets a fair trial.
A hearing to decide the matter won't happen until late August because of scheduling conflicts between media attorneys, the defense team, the prosecutor, and the attorney representing the city of Prosser.
