HERMISTON, Ore. -- A third suspect has been indicted and could face charges of abuse of a corpse in Hermiston.
Garbiel Arthur Bohms, 33, Ronnie Edward Walls,60, and Erika Lynn Powell, 39, are suspected of putting the body of Matthew Eastwood, 52, in a car and leaving it behind a Denny's restaurant in Hermiston on Friday. The body was found Tuesday.
Walls and Powell were indicted Wednesday. Bohms was arrested Wednesday and indicted Thursday. All three face charges of abuse of a corpse. Powell faces and additional charge of tampering with physical evidence.
Surveillance video at the Denny's restaurant showed a suspect dropping the car off and allegedly wiping down finger prints.
An autopsy on Eastwood's body was conducted Wednesday. Preliminary results show no signs of trauma or disease. Investigators are still waiting for toxicology results.
The three suspects have been booked into the Umatilla County Jail.
