Bikers travel the country to educate about FairTax
It started out as an idea, but developed in to a reality for a couple of motorcycle and FairTax enthusiasts from North Carolina. They wanted to travel the county and educate Americans about the FairTax legislation in Washington DC that would get rid of IRS and federal withholdings from paychecks. Today they made a stop at the Winco in Richland, one of the riders tells us traveling and educating has been an exciting adventure.
"When I was done with my career, which I retired from last year, and when my wife introduced me to FairTax, I said lets put the plans together," Mike McLean said.
Mike tells us they still have a long way to go, but are committed to riding through every state in the country.
