COWICHE, Wash. -- Fire investigators are offering a $10,000 reward for information into the Cowiche Mill Road fire.
Leaders with the Yakima County Fire Protection Bureau and the Highland Fire Protection District posted arson signs, offering a reward for information leading to an arrest or information that identifies the actual cause of the fire.
The Cowiche fire that started July 18, burned 6,200 acres.
Investigators determined the fire was "human-caused" but are not calling it arson at this time.
