KENNEWICK, Wash.—Hundreds of people walked three miles around Clover Island Saturday to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association's Memory Walk.
375 people participated in the fundraiser. $71,000 was raised and that's up from last year's $55,000.
Alzheimer's disease affects 5.3 million people in the United State. The Association hopes with this money they can help to end Alzheimer's disease.
