FAQ

How can I keep track of clickthroughs on our end?
We do accept and support Double Click Tags.  Just provide us with the URL you will be using to track clicks and we will take care of the rest! >>Return to Top

How can I post my event to your Community Calendar?
You can add your events at your convenience and throughout the year for free!  Just visit our Community Calendar Page by mousing over "Community" and clicking on "Community Calendar".  There is link that says "Add Event" at the top.  You will need to register an account with our calendar service first.  >>Return to Top

I can't see my ad. Is it running?
Our ad system does its best to not only reach the guaranteed number of impressions, but also works to stretch it out for the entire run time. If an ad appears to be ahead of schedule, it will appear less often and other ads will come up in rotation. This is one reason why you might not see your ad after a few clicks. >>Return to Top

Another reason your ad might not be showing up is inventory. Our ad system can only recognize the number of impressions served, but cannot tell who that ad has been served to. >>Return to Top

If this is still a concern, please check with your Sales Rep who can deliver you a report of how many impressions have been served for your campaign. >>Return to Top

What are the accepted file formats for ads?
If you are submitting an ad to use on KHQ.com, we need the ad to either be a .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, or .SWF. >>Return to Top

What are the accepted file formats for video?
Windows Media Video is preferred, but we also work with AVI and MPEG. Recommended dimensions are 640x360. >>Return to Top

What are the file sizes for banner ads?
All ad sizes are limited to a specific file size including ads with animation. Please submit them below the max limit on the following sizes:

728x90 – 86KB
160x600 - 72KB
468x60 – 57KB
