KENNEWICK, Wash;-- Teenagers actually got out of bed early Tuesday to raise breast cancer awareness.
Students from Southridge High School, along with a few representatives from Kennewick and Kamiakin High Schools, showed up to Southridge at around 5 AM.
Many wearing their own stylized pink outfits.
The schools are teaming up to raise around $30,000 for the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. This year they also hope to make a human pink ribbon by linking arms in Lampson Stadium around noon on Friday.
