Chiawana High School's wrestling team is looking for people to help in their community.
Their coach says wrestling is one of the most grueling sports out there, requiring strict diets, lots of work and lots of sacrifice.
The team is looking to give just a little bit more, and do yard work or other projects around the house for people who can't do it themselves. It's just their way of saying thanks.
"Last year we got a lot of support from the community, from companies to volunteers, who really stepped up to help us out. To help our student athletes to become better wrestlers and better students. So we just felt we needed to give back," says Assistant Coach Shannon Stover.
