YAKIMA, Wash. -- A new restaurant is opening up in West Valley at the former Sage Restaurant location off Washington and 40th Avenue.
Creekside West Restaurant will take over the building once known as Sage Restaurant which closed back in June.
The restaurant will be under new management, staff, and offer a new menu.
KNDO spoke to restaurant manager Steve Hart, who is also the owner and manager of Sea Galley's Restaurant in Union Gap, about the new restaurant.
"Kind of a casual upscale menu with a real family feel to it. So, we want to appeal to a broad range of people here in the valley," said Hart.
Creekside West Restaurant will be hiring about 50-60 people. Anyone interested in applying for job can drop off applications at Sea Galley's in Union Gap.
The new restaurant is scheduled to open by the end of November.
