KENNEWICK, Wash.—A trial date is now set in the Linda Lusk case. The former Prosser Mayor is charged with having sexual contact with a 14 year old boy.
The pre-trial was set for November 3rd. Lusk's attorney argued the need for more time to gather experts. Benton County Prosecutor, Andy Miller, says the alleged victim's family wants the pre-trial to be held soon.
The judge set a start date of January 24th. A pre-trial hearing is set for November 12th.
