KNDU and KNDO teams up with businesses for food drive
PASCO, Wash.—KNDU and KNDO are teaming up with Tom Denchel Ford and Fiesta Foods to collect food for the annual December Food Drive.
People can help out by either purchasing a $5.00 bag of food that will be donated to Second Harvest or donate non-perishable items or cash.
Fiesta Foods in Pasco, Hermiston, Sunnyside and Yakima kicked-off the drive Friday. At any location you can donate the $5.00 for a food bag. The stores are competing. The winning store gets a pizza party. Cashiers that sell the most get to create their own schedules and have lunch with the owner.
If you want to donate food, Tom Denchel Ford in Hermiston, Pendleton and Prosser are accepting items.
Starting November 29th through December 3rd KNDU and KNDO will be at various locations. Bring your non-perishable food and cash donations between 5:00am to 7:30.
