KENNEWICK, Wash -- A new restaurant in Kennewick ran a practice round this weekend before opening it's doors next week. Bob's Burgers and Brew had it's soft opening Friday and Saturday. A few lucky people who received invites got to taste the food and experience the service for free.
"It's almost like we've been doing this for quite some time. Almost everyone that I've talked to has just raved about our service and food...Everyone is so excited with what we're bringing to the community here, and have been pleased over the last couple of nights because it's been almost exactly what they've expected," says Ron Marasco, the General Manager at Bob's Burgers and Brew.
The chain restaurant off US 395 and Hildebrand Road is the second in Eastern Washington, they opened one in Yakima this time last year. For the Kennewick location, they've hired 100 new employees. Bob's Burgers and Brew is closed tomorrow, and officially opens to the public on Monday for lunch.
