College Place man sentenced for receiving child pornography
SPOKANE, Wash. -- A 32 year old College Place man was sentenced to over 5 years in prison for receiving child pornography over the Internet.
Brian Scott Fellman will also be under court supervision for 5 years after he is released from prison, and he must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The investigation leading to Fellman's arrest began in 2009. The FBI in Maryland located a computer in College Place, Washington that was offering to share thousands of child pornography images. It was tracked to where Fellman lived.
A federal search warrant was executed in July 2009. Agents seized numerous devices and a collection of thousands of pornographic images. Fellman pleaded guilty to charges of receiving child pornography over the Internet in July 2010.
