PASCO, Wash.- The sole survivor of a shooting in Pasco gave his testimony Wednesday.
Aldo Montes Lamas pointed out Vicente Ruiz as the man who shoved a gun in his back and threatened to kill him 23 years ago.
Ruiz is charged in Franklin County Superior Court with five counts of aggravated first-degree murder, and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
The trial was moved to Spokane County because of extensive media coverage.
Montes Lamas was the prosecution's last witness.. defense attorneys are expected to start calling witnesses Friday.
