NEWAlocal radio disk jockey finally packed up his tent Tuesday, after braving freezing temperatures, rain, snow and high winds.
Jaxon camped out for 13 days to collect donations for the first annual Eagle 106.5 Toy Drive.
He had been living on a 25 foot by 25 foot platform in front of the Ranch & Home in Kennewick.
Jackson says the outpour of community support kept him going.
"Its been cold and windy, and people ask me if its rough up there. No it's really not. When I see everybody in the Columbia Basin, they are the most generous people I've ever seen anywhere I've ever lived."
The drive collected three semi-trucks worth of toys including about a hundred bikes.
