KENNEWICK, Wash. --  Benton County Sheriff's Office along with Kennewick Police arrested a man Christmas morning wanted on six felonies.

Officers say they tried to stop 27 year old Brian Davis around noon Christmas Day while he was walking along Kennewick Avenue near Olympia Street  but he ran.
They says Davis ran into his apartment on Palouse Street where he hid. When officers tried to reach him, they say he climbed in the attic of the building and slipped out the back door.

KPD Officer Isaac Merkl and a K-9 caught up to Davis several blocks down, along North Newport Street hiding behind a fence.
He's held at the Benton County Jail.  Davis was wanted on six felony counts, including theft, forgery, assault and jumping bail.
