Consistency. Something the Americans lacked in the beginning of this season. As of late, Tri-City has been in a groove, going 11-3, in it's last 14 games. Including last night's 9-4 beat down against Lethbridge.
During this winning stretch, the Ams lighting the lamp 64 times that's roughly 4.5 goals a game. We caught up with coach to get his thought's on the Americans recent offensive surge.
Head coach Jim Hiller said, "Well it's just consistency now. We have our game plan down pretty well. We know what's expected. I think players know what's expected of them and their roles expected everyday. It's just bringing that consistently and that's something you fight at every level. Never mind professional... Professional athletes all the way down into junior age players it's that consistency. And it's pretty easy to get off track. Not certainly purposely... All the other stuff going on in your life. Focus. Consistency... And you have to continue to get better in those areas."
