Wildcats Seek Revenge at Home

Ellensburg, WA---

      Back on January 8th, the Central Washington women suffered a tough 68-45 loss at Alaska Anchorage.  In that game, the Wildcats managing just 37 field goal attempts, and 36 turnovers.    This Thursday Central gets its chance at revenge inside Nicholson Pavilion, to try to take down the second best team in the conference.

     Senior center Aleyse Evans said, "At their place it was louder... and it was a lot of people... and you know no one likes to play away."

      Junior guard Sophie Russell added, "They don't have the luxury of their packed gym and loud fans. Their home refs. We're gonna come out Thursday and be loud and aggressive in their face. And we'll see how they'll handle it."
