KENNEWICK, Wash.—City Council held their annual retreat Saturday at the Three Rivers Convention Center.
Some of the big topics were establishing priority projects, budgeting priorities, capital improvement and urban growth. The City Manager says the point of the annual meeting is to plan for the future. She says the biggest challenge will be finding a way to reach the city's goals with limited resources.
"It will be staff's responsibility to look at how we're going to allocate our limited resources to achieve those goals and priorities," says Marie Mosley, Kennewick City Manager.
The event was open to the public but only a handful attended.
