Goggin family statement released through Sheriff's Office

YAKIMA, Wash. - Family members of the three people found dead in their West Valley home on Friday released a statement on Tuesday afternoon through the Yakima County Sheriff's Office.

Below is the complete statement provided by YSO in a news release:

"The family of the deceased is devastated by our loss and continues to mourn the lives of our loved ones," the statement began.  "Bill, Pauline, and Bettye were hardworking, loving people who were active members of several car clubs, well loved and respected by those who knew them.

We want to express our deepest thanks to the members of the community who have reached out to us in so many ways to help us navigate through this senseless tragedy[.]"
