YAKIMA, Wash. -- Yakima Sheriff's Deputies held a press conference Wednesday morning inside the City of Yakima council chambers.
Deputies held a meeting regarding the three recent homicides in West Valley. Deputies arrested Kevin Lee Harper, 28, for domestic violence Saturday.
While searching a home, deputies found items linked to the West Valley house where William Goggin, his wife Pauline and his mother Elizabeth were found dead.
Deputies says the motive for the murders appears to be robbery or burglary.
Prosecutors filed murder charges Monday. Harper has seven previous felony convictions related to burglary and theft. Prosecutors say they're considering the death penalty.
