Fever Fall Short on the Road

Wenatchee, WA---

     Never take too much stock of a preseason game.  Case in point, three weeks back on February 17th, the Fever beat up on Wenatchee Valley 53-14 in a scrimmage.

     Flash forward to week two of the regular season, a different story.  Fever lose 59-52.  The Venom outscoring the Fever 40-24 in the second half to get the win.

    Tri-Cities quarterback Houston Lillard threw for 318 yards and 6 touchdowns.  Oliver Young led all Fever wideouts with 145 yards receiving and four touchdown grabs.
