Thousands of people enjoy Water Follies each year, but the hydro events aren't the only draw, for many it's the air-shows they look forward to the most
We have compelling, rare video inside an F16 Viper West cockpit. It was taken during an air show at last year's Water Follies. You can nearly feel what it's like to flip and turn at speeds reaching 1,000 miles per hour.
Also you will notice how the pilot darts his head around. Even during an air show their fighter training kicks in. Today we also talked with leaders of the Water Follies event to find out what people can start expecting in just 5 months.
"What we're looking for this year is another jet from the air combat command. They are looking at sending us an F15 Strike Eagle, though it's not official yet. We'll also have a number of aerobatic performers that do all the flips and the flops," air show director Scott Meyer said.
