Two and a half years later, a trial date

PASCO, WA-A man who has spent the past two years in Franklin County jail is now set to go on trial after Memorial Day.

Pasco police arrested Ramon Garcia Morales along with his brother in December 2008 for murdering a man and critically wounding the man's wife.

Both men's cases have been plagued by delayed as attorneys argue over the brothers' competency.

Attorneys will start picking a jury the Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend.

The trial is expected to last about two weeks.
