RICHLAND, Wash.— More people than ever in the Tri-Cities are throwing in their running shoes for Fallout Crossfit.
Crossfit is described as functional fitness done at high intensity.
The owner says they've seen about a 35% increase in customers just within the past month. Now they're planning to expand within the next few months to keep up with the demand. The owner also says they see people of all ages, especially middle-aged mothers.
"They're looking to regain that sense of youth and regain the strength and endurance that they had when they were younger, and so they're looking for something new to try that's going to get them to that next level that they want," says Ben Larkin, FallOut Crossfit Owner.
Trainers offer a one-on-one introduction session to assess your abilities and then the exercises can be tailored to you.
