Kennewick, WA- A man accused of sex crimes has posted bail.
Ryan Graichen is accused of approaching young girls in Columbia park and offering to pay them for sex acts.
Benton County Deputy Prosecutor Anita Petra convinced the judge to raise his bail after a former girlfriend accused him of stalking her.
A jury cleared Graichen of the allegations.
Superior Court Judge Craig Matheson Friday allowed Graichen to post a $250,000 bond, on the condition he lives with his parents in Klickitat county until his trial next month.
Graichen is a former police officer in Portland.
