Prosser, Pasco voters considering school bonds

Posted: Updated:

Prosser, WA- Voters in Prosser and Pasco tomorrow will decide whether to raise their property taxes.

Voters in Prosser are considering a nearly $39,000,000 bond to build a new high school.

The bond is two million dollars less than the bond that failed in February to receive the required 60 percent majority.

The Pasco School district's $59,000,000 bond would pay for a new elementary and middle school, and fund several remodeling projects throughout the school district.

Ballots must be returned to the Benton County auditor's office  or postmarked by midnight tomorrow.
