PASCO, Wash.—Police were called to an early morning shooting in Pasco, but it took hours to detain the final suspects. Pasco Police say no one has been arrested in this mornings shooting, but there are numerous people being questioned.
Police say around 4:30am Saturday neighbors called reporting gunshots fired on the 800 block of 7th avenue. Police say when they arrived they stopped a 22-year-old man who had a bullet wound to his leg, but no other injuries have been reported. They say a street fight broke out and then four suspects ran into a nearby home.
The SWAT team, Kennewick and Richland Police all worked to bring out the men from the home. Five children were also led out of the home.
Police say no weapons have been recovered, and they're still working to identify suspects. They also say they can't confirm whether or not this is gang related, but it's under investigation.
