KENNEWICK, Wash. -- The wins keep coming for Adam Shackleford and the Tri-Cities Fever.
Make it 6 straight wins after Saturday's win over Seattle. The Fever are now 7-1 on the season. Tri-Cities hasn't lost since March 5th at Wenatchee Valley.
In Saturday's game, Dennis Kennedy scored 4 times and the Fever Defense came up big with 3 interceptions.
The 6 straight wins have the Fever sitting atop the IFL's Pacific Division and has the team proud to represent the Tri-Cities.
"It feels good to be a winner," said quarterback Houston Lillard. "It's always good to have fun and play. I'm happy that the environment around us is positive and we are having fun and winning games."
"We're happy for this city and I'm happy for my guys," said coach Adam Shackleford. "This is what I expect. We need to raise the bar in this town. The expectation needs to be that when we step on this field we win because we work hard enough to."
