Central Likes What They Have in Their Safeties

ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- In the Central Washington Defense, they are still looking for their starting linebackers. But, on the back end of their defense, they are feeling pretty good.

The Wildcats have high hopes for safety Stan Langlow next season. As a freshman, Langlow had 7 interceptions, 3rd in D-II Football. Plus, he was named Co-GNAC Freshman of the Year and had 3 picks in one game against Simon Fraser.

But, Langlow insists he has to put all that behind him.

"I just have to put that in my rearview mirror and focus on getting better," he said. "As a player, I have to find another way out to help my team."

Central plays their spring game Saturday at 1pm at Tomlinson Stadium.
