The former Prosser Mayor accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy is allowed to be on the Prosser High School grounds, however, a judge said Friday that Linda Lusk can only be there if it directly correlates to her children.
That means Lusk can attend her daughter's softball games this season and other school activities like parent-teacher conferences. Notification must be given.
Lusk's defense attorney asked the judge for clarification into a protective order. The judge says Lusk must stay away from the victim and his family.
A motion to relocate the trial will discussed at the next trial.
