PASCO, Wash. - Hundreds of people filled the TRAC Thursday night for an evening of cooking and fun.
It was all for the national show, Taste of Home Cooking School. World renowned chef, Kristi Larson demonstrated 10 different recipes. The goal was to teach people how to prepare easy home cooked meals. There was also about 35 vendors showcasing different restaurants across the area.
"Here we actually see a lot of men and women come. I would say that we are probably more in the 70-30 of our men and women demographic. It's everybody from the professional to the grandma," said Becky Ferguson, co-owner of Taste Tri-Cities Magazine.
Door prizes were also given out throughout the night and everyone went home with a goody bag filled with coupons and cook books.
