Man driving across country for cancer awareness

KENNEWICK, Wash.—A local man has completely transformed his car, and now you can't miss it.  Adam Miller decorated his car for his drive that will take him across the country all in an effort to raise cancer awareness and donations.

The car took six months to design.  Pictures of loved ones who have battled cancer are displayed.

Miller says he'll start in Seattle on the 27th and end in Illinois on June 4th.  He says he felt inspired to speak out after five women in his life fought the disease.

"To say the least it's scary to lose them and it would be even more scary to lose them to something like this," says Adam Miller.

Miller says some of the money raised will go to a clinic in Illinois where his aunt was treated for cancer, and the rest will stay locally in the Tri-Cities.
