When was the last time you had your hearing & vision checked?
KENNEWICK, Wash.—When was the last time you got your vision and hearing checked? A Lions Health Screening Unit representative says you should get checked every year, but most wait every ten years.
Saturday they held a free screening at Ranch and Home in Kennewick. More than 100 people showed up to be tested for vision, hearing, glaucoma, diabetes and blood pressure.
"A lot of what we're seeing is people that have high pressure in their eye balls, being potential glaucoma. We're seeing people that are running high sugar levels, so they're at risk for diabetes," says Steve Watt, Lions Club, Pasco Chairman.
