YAKIMA, Wash.--Catholic Family and Child Service held its 7th annual Festival of Flowers in Yakima Friday and Saturday.
Those who went enjoyed a garden and antique show with various vendors, exhibits, and activities for the kids.
This year's proceeds will benefit several programs that aim to help those of all ages, from babies and children, to the elderly.
"We are hoping to raise over $60,000 this year to really support the programs of Catholic Family and Child Service."
Carroll Children's Center and Volunteer Chore Services are the 2 organizations that will benefit from the event.
We're told that between Friday and Saturday there were more than 1,000 people that attended the festival.
