UNION GAP, Wash.--Union Gap held its annual "Old Town Days" festival at Ahtanum Youth Park over the weekend.
The festivities were spread out over 2 days with people from around county enjoying the fun. There were food and craft vendors, a live band, beer garden, and tons of activities for the kids. The inflatable bounce houses were a big hit!
Organizers are thrilled with the turn out and are glad to see so many people enjoying the festival.
"I think community events are very important because it really draws the community together and it's a chance for everybody to come together and have a good time," said Scott Steinloski, the event organizer.
The festival also had the annual "Old Town Days Idol" singing competition for kids, teens, and adults. Six children competed in the junior idol finals today, all of which receive a $300 cash prize, the winner taking home $1,000!
