KENNEWICK, Wash.—Throughout July more than 20,000 people will be visiting the area for the annual ‘Let Your Kingdom Come' Jehovah's Witnesses convention.
People are coming from Montana, Idaho, Oregon and parts of Washington. They're expected to bring in about $10.5-million to the area. Volunteers say they have the convention in the Tri-Cities every year.
"We just really like the people here, because we've been treated nicely here for the past 10 or 12 years," says Ben Sell, volunteer.
The convention will be held at the Toyota Center each weekend throughout the month. It's open and free to the public.
