Military troop donation drive

Posted: Updated:

UNION GAP, Wash.-- Old Navy is holding their annual military troop donation drive.

All this weekend and until closing Monday night, you can visit any Old Navy store and donate sandals, socks and other items to troops stationed overseas.

The Union Gap Old Navy says this year they have seen more people coming in to donate.

"Last year we donated to the troops and we got great feedback from them. They loved all the care packages that we gave them and so we just felt it was really important to do this again," said Lisa Mildfelt, operations manager at the Union Gap location.

So far in Union Gap they've received 389 donations but are trying to make it to the 800 mark! Plus, for every $5 sandal donation customers make, Old Navy will match it.
You have until closing Monday night to donate at any Old      Navy store.
